Question, A Dream with Half-Human Half-Animal [Jinn]

Salaams brother you have a very good and informative site about jinns. I have a question. I had a dream a creature appeared and said to me that it can and will do any task for me. It said nothing is impossible for it. It said it requires my permission to come before it can do what ever I want it to do. In my dream I told it that I will have to think about it and will let it know. It said it would give me time to think about and come to me again for an answer. It did not tell me where or what to it needs my permission to come to. It was the same design as a human 2 arms 2 legs and a face. But it’s body parts were of different animals. Is this an evil jinn trying to harm me? What and where is it asking permission to come to? I really hope you could enlighten me as to this strange experience. I have had the same dream a few times. May Allah Almighty reward you for the wonderful information you are providing on this website.

Wa’alikum as Salaam
Brother, first of all, nobody has ever seen the real form of Jinn. However, the form that you describe has been described by many. History has recorded happenings from many people who claim to have confronted Jinn in deserts and desolate places on their journeys, when they would often travel.

It is believed that Vegetarians initially originated with Paganism, which refers to Greco-Roman polytheism, as well as the polytheistic traditions of Europe before Christianization. The people of that time worshiped DEMONS, without knowing they were in fact demons but considered them gods (nauzubillah). The demons, in return, would help the people for they would practice Shirk and please Satan for claim themselves as god of the moon, god of the sun (nauzubillah) etc.
Coming to the point, these so called gods appeared to the people for the first time as Half-Human and Half-Animal. When people saw that their gods are half human and half COW/SHEEP/GOAT etc, they stopped feeding on flesh from their cows/sheep etc. This is how vegetarians originated.

Pagan gods are mostly half human and half animal. We Muslims believe that it is Satan behind all this and indeed it is. To make humans worship gods other than Allah is the work of Satan, and these so called gods are the evil-jinn. People have dreams, both good and bad dreams. A Hadith from Sahih Bukhari and Muslim about bad dreams,

Narrated Abu Qatada: The Prophet said, “A good dream is from Allah, and a bad dream is from Satan. So whoever has seen (in a dream) something he dislike, then he should dry spit, three times to his left side and seek refuge with Allah from Satan, for it will not harm him, and Satan cannot appear in my shape.” (Al-Bukhari, Book #87, Hadith #124)

What you describe as half human half animal, only Allah knows best but I would say it was only your subconscious mind, if not then the work of a wicked Jinn. Recite Ayat-ul-Kursi and the last three Surahs and blow them onto your hands and then wipe those hands over your body. By Allah’s leave, nothing will harm you throughout the night.

I hope I have answered your questions. If you still want to know more, let me know and I will write more reference to paganism and the appearance of half human half animal jinn. Kuwait newspapers often have a section where they write about the stories of people who have recently confronted jinn. They often speak of seeing half human half animal creatures in real life, mostly when they travel from Saudi Arab to Kuwait by road during the night.

Salaams, brother thanks for your quick reply. I always have these creatures come in my dream when ever I recite or listen to Surah Infitar. The creatures have never threatened me. The day I asked you the question was when the creature told me what it could do for me but it would need my permission to come. I don’t understand where or what it needs permission to come to. Neither do I need it to do what ever I ask of it. Allah Almighty always grants prayers there might be delays on occasion but it is for our benefit. May Allah Almighty reward you for your reply and grant you success. I have bookmarked your website for future reference.

Masha’Allah brother, May Allah bless you for having such level of faith to expect everything from Allah alone. I forgot to answer one part of your question. I would like to share a personal experience with you.
One day, I noticed that I have been told by many of my friends and teachers about a beautiful place where they believe is the home of jinn. It is a very beautiful place, it is a lake. I have taken a panorama of it here : Saif-ul-Malook
I used to have dreams where someone would keep calling me there (to that lake). Since it is far away in the mountains so I could not plan so easily on reaching there.
What happened was that, I started to share these dreams with the people whom, I believed, had told me that this lake was a place of Jinn. But I was shocked to see that NONE of those friends/teachers remembered saying anything like it. I tried to remind them how they told me on the phone and in real life conversations but they remembered nothing. They said it must have been a superstition. I never saw Jinn or any animal calling me when I would dream of it. It would only be a voice which I cannot remember but just that it was calling me to that place.
For a long time I could not decide whether to go or stay home. Let me mention that, the stories of that place being a home of jinn are not recent, I remember a teacher who said it when I was in school, almost 10 years ago. My only fears were that probably it is some Jinn trying to harm me, who has been putting this thought into my head for so long.
In the end, I decided to put my trust in Allah and visit the place. I thought to myself, even if there is nothing there, at least I will get to see how beautiful that lake is, which you can obviously see. Masha’Allah. I gathered some food items for the trip and reached the base camp, when I was going to reach the lake the next morning.
At night, I saw a dream. I dreamed that I did not stop at the base camp but walked up hill to the lake in the dark night. I dreamed that I walk up this hill and see this lake from a great height. I then noticed a bright light coming out of the center the lake which formed a path/shape. What I saw, woke me up. It was the name Allah written on the surface of that lake with the light shooting out from its bed.
When I woke up, I started walking up hill to the lake. I climbed for 4 hours approximately and reached this beautiful breathtaking lake, Alhamdulillah. I could not stop but say Allah o Akbar. It was very emotional. I hoped to see the same light haha, but since it was day time so I did not expect much. Suddenly, I saw the name of Allah, written exactly as I saw in my dream, it was formed from the CLOUDS in the sky. I fell on my knees and I did not remember anything but to ask for forgiveness, for myself and my family and all the Muslim Ummah. After a while I reached for my camera to take a photo of it but it was probably a little late.
      Name of Allah in Clouds
Since that day, I thought to myself. Signs Allah are everywhere, we really do not require miracles to believe in him. It is what our souls tell us, that there exists a Single Lord of all the Worlds. Surah Al-‘infitar says exactly the same, Wama Adraaka maa yom-ud-deen. Summa maa Adraaka maa yom-ud-deen.
“And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?”
“It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah.”
and that was my dream. haha, I’m sorry I got into another topic here but. I believe that your dream might also have a sign. Although I’m not an expert, but if you have faith then it will lead you to the right path instead of distracting you. Which I hope is right.
      Wahuwa ala kulli shay’in Qadeer.

I just stumble on your website. Found the comment interesting.

I believe that these beings are not from God.
The bible also warn us of such beings-They are demons, who are all harmful.

Call the name of Jesus and you will be saved. They cannot stand His name if they are demons. Do your own research you will understand why.

      God bless you.

Salam. I am pretty sure that what you saw is none other than a Jinn. I myself saw a Jinn with a human body but with the head of a pig. When I told a pious Shiekh he told me I had met a Christian Jinn. (European Christians eat pig, This jinn spoke English and lived in a tree in a forest way up north somewhere.)
I also met a Hindu Jinn but he was in Human form, I only knew he was a Jinn because he told me after some basic not too weird conversation. This Hindu didnt like Muslims is all I can tell you.
As for the Jinn offering to do things for you, I have no idea about that except I would stay away. No1 does something 4 u without wanting something in return. Jinn can do alot 4 u, but is it worth your soul?
